Most of us get in the mood to do a little spring cleaning when warmer weather rolls around, but what about house cleaning in the fall? When the weather starts to turn, I tend to want to tidy up and organize. The urge to purge is strong, and I'll find myself cleaning out and organizing the pantry, weeding through my closet for clothing items, shoes and accessories I am no longer interested in, and sending them off for donation.

Even doing simple daily tasks such as taking out the trash can be a good opportunity to do some bicep curls or squats--depending on your trash, those bags can be quite heavy, so proceed with caution!
