I have some tried and true recipes in my arsenal that I will break out during special occasions. Since we’re a relatively small family (there’s 4 of us), I tend to use common dishes I know we enjoy--but with a twist. This Easter, I’m roasting a chicken and preparing just a couple of sides. But because these recipes are easy, delicious and affordable, they work perfectly for any Sunday dinner as well! Just add the usual accoutrements: a small tossed salad and flaky, buttery dinner rolls (our favorite kind).
