Enjoying mornings where we wake up feeling rested and recharged seems like an unattainable dream to so many of us (pun intended, ha). It's not because we can't find the number of hours we need in order to get a good night's sleep. Or that our beds are incredibly uncomfortable. So what's preventing us from getting a good night's rest? Do we have to give up or Netflix binge?
