Imma be honest with you: My mattress is almost 10 years old. It has a divot where I typically sleep, and a few springs making their way through whatever's left of the padding. But I love my mattress, and I don't find the quality of my sleep to be poor at all. But not everyone is as lucky with their janky mattress as I am. How long have you had your mattress? On average, you're supposed to upgrade your mattress every seven years, give or take.
