We all know just how important it is to get a good night's sleep. After all, exhaustion can cause serious health problems, and even being just a bit overtired can make your day far more difficult than it needs to be. A lack of sleep can make it hard to concentrate, make simple tasks more difficult and being tired can even have an impact on your mood. If you find yourself unable to get a decent night's sleep, then it's time to do something about it. Here are a few of the more common reasons why you might be having trouble sleeping, and what you can do about it.
What's Stopping You From Getting A Good Night's Sleep?Could It Be...An Uncomfortable Mattress?
Imma be honest with you: My mattress is almost 10 years old. It has a divot where I typically sleep, and a few springs making their way through whatever's left of the padding. But I love my mattress, and I don't find the quality of my sleep to be poor at all. But not everyone is as lucky with their janky mattress as I am. How long have you had your mattress? On average, you're supposed to upgrade your mattress every seven years, give or take. If you find that your sleep is suffering on account of your mattress, then it might be time to invest in a new one.
