BELE ROY Women’s Yoga Pants (Red X-Large)Um.
Well let's just start off with the obvious: These aren't red, and they aren't size extra large. They're black with a white striped waist band and a size 3xl, and that was sort of intentional. You see, I was committed to do a review but they didn't have my size nor the color they wanted reviewed in stock. I'll try and do the best I can. |
First off, they come in a nice, what appears to be waterproof, ziplock bag, emblazoned with their logo. It's a pretty decent bag: I'll probably re-purpose it to hold my quarters at the laundromat. I'm not even kidding.
Secondly, the pants are a nice material. Unfortunately, despite an attached hang tag and printed logo/care instructions/size on the inside, there's no description of what the material is made out of. But according to their product description: "Fabrics: 80% Nylon, 20% Spandex. Good cloth to create a comfortable enjoyment". And who couldn't use a comfortable enjoyment...amirite???
As for the care instructions, they are printed rebus-style, so good luck. I can't figure out what any of it means, except maybe to hang up instead of using a dryer, possibly?

Thirdly, there's a hidden string tie at the inside of the waistband that I wasn't expecting, along with a small horizontal hidden pocket in the back waistband. Those are nice touches you don't usually see in super-affordable yoga pants. As with most yoga / workout pants I've owned, they are double stitched at the seam with just a single stitch at the tapered ankles. I also appreciate the 3" waistband. There's nothing worse than muffin top in my comfortable enjoyment yoga pants.
These yoga pants are totally my style, which is why I offered to test drive and review them. They are definitely cute, stylish and very well made, and worth every penny of the $14.99 price tag (Prime!). Even without the hidden pocket and tie waist surprises, that price is extremely reasonable for these pants.
I'm going to exchange these 3x'ers for the proper size, regardless of the color, I like them that much. Oh and they have 4.5 stars on Amazon as of this post, so that's saying something too, yeah?
