With already 45 videos* under it's belt, there's no question that the future of You Tube Channel Adam Cooks Everything is destined for greatness. Using studio-quality production, Chef Adam Heard shows off his cooking techniques and bomb.com recipes that rival some of the big-named chefs. Ever wonder what kangaroo tastes like? How about wild elk? Traditional fare like eggs and burgers more your style? Don’t worry, he’s got you!
Adam Cooks Everything
Adam’s recipes, instructions and demonstrations are clear and concise, and his personality is charming and engaging. And while I can’t attest to his skills anywhere else in the house, I can tell you he’s got some great skills in the kitchen. Adam seems like the kind of guy who would come over your house and just start cooking something, only he’d also clean up afterward, because he’s cool like that.
Adam’s website, aptly titled adamcookseverything, is chock full of recipes and videos, along with podcast collabs with NaturalJenn. According to his bio, Adam doesn’t have any formal training; just years and years of peeling spuds and de-shelling shrimp in the kitchen of his mom’s restaurant. But all that hard work paid off because not only can Adam peel a potato and a shrimp like nobody’s business, he can whip up a crazy good meal, too.
Within the cheeky category of “You Can’t Beat My Meat”, there’s a simple yet delicious recipe for Hawaiian Loco Moco: a ground beef burger with pineapple topped with a fried egg on a bed of sticky white rice. For those who are gluten intolerant, there’s an entire series called Wheat Sucks!, featuring recipes and commentary on the gluten-free lifestyle.
Head on over to Adam’s website, and subscribe to his You Tube channel, too. While you’re there, check out some of his to-die-for recipes and leave him a nice comment, because you’re cool like that.
