When you’re selling your house, viewings can become the bain of your life. The more people you have coming in, the better chance you have of selling. But, each time the phone rings, part of you wishes the whole thing was finished already. Having people looking around your house all the time can just be a bit of a headache!

But, focusing solely on what you do in the run-up may not be the best option. It’s also worth thinking about how to proceed during the viewing itself. After all, this is where the primary decision will be made. As such, we’ve got three important pointers to help you impress those guests.
Selling Your Home? How To Stage The Perfect Open House
Get out of the house
Viewing etiquette is tricky. On the face of things, there’s no rule which says you have to get out of the house. But, when it comes down to it, this is always the best option. As well as being awkward, your presence could hinder your chances. People like the chance to explore unhindered, and look in every little nook and cranny. They may not feel they can do that for the rooms you’re present in. And, that alone could ruin things. So, go out for a drink or take a walk around the block. It’s not always convenient, but it’ll be well worth the effort.
